Ajit Singh Chandan ( 01.11.1942), a Punjabi Prose writer was born to Bachan Kaur and Hazara Singh in Janet Pura village, District Ludhiana. He is married to Balbir Kaur.
He served in Education Department, Punjab and retired as a Principal of a Government School.
He regularly writes motivational write-ups for Punjabi dailies. His prose gives positive vibrations to the reader and inculcates love for nature.
His two books were awarded Gurbaksh Singh Preetlari Award (2008 & 2011) by Language Department, Punjab.
