Ardas has great importance in the life of a Sikh. A Sikh concentrates his mind twice a day on the Almighty by reciting it. He remembers Ten Guru Sahibs, Sikh martyrs and institutions and prays for universal welfare. Ardas would be helpful in understanding the glorious Sikh history and theology. Sikh may try to spend his daily life in consonance with the truthful meaning of Ardas.
